Marisa Ruccolo, MLIS (she/her/hers)

Marisa Ruccolo is the director, for the Customer Success Consultants supporting the Americas at Clarivate, in the Research & Analytics vertical. She was hired to support Canada in both official languages, in 2016.  She completed her MLIS at McGill University in 2015, with a special interest in information-seeking behavior. She worked at Polytechnique Montréal as a student reference librarian, and then as a science librarian at the University of New Brunswick.  She makes it her mission on educating research evaluators on responsible metrics and is an advocate of Open Science.  She is based in Montreal.
