Ms. Ovsiew started working at DTIC in 1992 and has held various positions within the organization. Ms. Ovsiew currently works as a Technical Information Specialist in the User Services Directorate at DTIC, Customer Support Division. Ms. Ovsiew represents DTIC as a customer advocate. meeting the needs of customers by assisting them with registering with DTIC and using DTIC products and services.

Ms. Ovsiew earned a master’s degree in library science from the Catholic University of America in Washington DC. Prior to coming to DTIC held positions at Library of Congress, the Executive Office of the President, and the Justice Department.
