Elizabeth Dill is Dean of the California State University (CSU), Long Beach Library. In this role, she is responsible for the leadership, operation, and development of the institution’s R2 University Library. Dill has served in several senior leadership positions, including as Director of University Libraries at the University of Hartford and Director of Library Services at Troy University, Dothan.

Dill received her MLIS from Valdosta State University and is a member of CSU’s Council of Library Deans (COLD). She was appointed the inaugural Chair of COLD’s DEIA Standing Committee and serves on the MLIS Program Advisory Board of Indiana University.
