Cara Marcus, Knowledge and Resource Manager, joined National RTAP in 2017.
Cara graduated from Simmons College with a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science. She has served as a library manager and researcher for over twenty-five years, including at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government and Massachusetts Health Data Consortium.
Cara's published works center upon library and knowledge management, persons with disabilities and older adults, and verbal education. Cara is President of the SLA Transportation Division and serves on the National Transportation Knowledge Network and the management team for the TRB Committee on Information & Knowledge Management.
