Denise Callihan has over 32 years of experience as a corporate technical librarian. She earned her MLS degree from the University of Pittsburgh and began her career at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s Science and Technology Department. After working at CONSOL Energy, she joined PPG in 1996 as the Chemicals R&D Librarian. Currently, Denise manages the R&D Library Shared Services team, supporting PPG's research mission through search and discovery. An active leader in various information centered associations, she received the SLA Rose L. Vormelker Award in 2012 for her commitment to mentoring students and professionals.
