Poster | Change is Constant. Ride the waves. (PS02)

I am an embedded science, health sciences and technology librarian and library liaison with prior library management experience. The poster presentation is geared towards both new librarians and mid-career librarians. My poster highlights my role in a new and evolving college. I provide suggestions for those who become involved with new college degree program proposals. I view my proactive role during changes in my environment like a surfer would view ocean waves. Example suggestions include proactively focus on the reasons that trigger a new degree program proposal and less on your project tasks. As you modify your perception of your environment, you may discover opportunities that could benefit your role on your campus.
